Mom's kitchen is a nonprofit organization that provides pay-what-you-can meals across Toronto.
The values that Mom’s Kitchen stands for are those deeply rooted in a healthy human community. We want to see women flourish and be provided with economic opportunities, which is why we employ newcomer and refugee women to do all the cooking for us. We want to see cultures celebrated, understood, and shared, which is why we chose to keep all our food as traditional and ‘home-style’ as possible. And of course, a healthy human community means no one is turned away from a good, hearty meal, which is why we’ve adopted our unique contribution model.
