Through our global relationships, we identify investment opportunities, structure the transaction for maximum efficiency, raise the capital required and asset manage the investment to achieve superior returns. We are an independent sponsor and as such raise capital on a transaction-by-transaction basis. Our investors are accredited high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional partners. Our principals and partners possess a variety of financial, transactional and management skills to achieve our objectives. At Monaco Street the interests of our investors come first. In all cases, we invest with our investors and keep our interests closely aligned.
