Monadnock Center for Violence Prevention acts on the simple yet powerful belief that everyone in the community deserves to feel safe and plays a role in preventing violence. It is the only non-profit agency in the Monadnock Region solely committed to ending the cycle of domestic and sexual violence through prevention education programs and crisis intervention services.
Annually, MCVP provides education and outreach services to over 5,000 students and community members, and crisis intervention services to over 1,000 victims of domestic or sexual violence or stalking, including approximately 2,000 bednights by women and children in our emergency shelter.
