I've been a Realtor since 2011, & Broker since 2016. I opened Monarchs Real Estate with the goal of being a happy medium between a giant company with little concern over traditional customer service values and a discount broker who will employ any Realtor who can fog a mirror.
Monarchs mandates that all Realtors be full-time, experienced (or have an experienced mentor if not), vetted, background-checked and insured up to $1MM. We aren't concerned with becoming a giant company employing thousands of Realtors across the country, we are more concerned about providing excellent customer service to every client on every transaction; growing our business the old fashioned way through positive reviews and word-of-mouth referrals and being good stewards of our local community.
