"Bon bini na Mondi" translates to "Welcome to Mondi" in Papiamentu, the native language of Chef and co-founder Justin Niessen. Together with Mariska Nunes, Managing Director at Corendon Hotels & Resorts this duo has brought the Caribbean flavor, to the heart of the city. The restaurant entrepreneurs understand that the Mondi experience is not only inspired by communities in the Caribbean, but also by the people who inhabit them.
