We are a friendly family run business based in Dorset who take pride in helping people claim back money they are due. Once you have given us the go ahead we make contact with you bank or lender and if you have been mis sold we tell them to pay you back plus interest, any monies you are due. So, what does it cost me? We work on a no – win, no – fee basis, so you don’t pay anything unless we get you some money back at which point, we charge you 25% of the amount won. So, what claims are you making at the moment? Tax refunds – where you may have received a PPI payout in the past and tax was deducted. We will contact HMRC and get them to pay you the amount back. PPI claims – yes, we are still doing these claims and work closely with a legal firm to make it happen; even if you have been rejected in the past. Undisclosed Commission – this is a bit like PPI and was where a lender paid someone a fee to get you to take out a loan but you didn’t know about it!
