Monster Tech Pros provides experienced Account Executives and Engineers that work as partners with our clients to provide updated and reliable solutions. Our Three Step Process 1. MTP Account Executives work with clients to review existing infrastructure and requests to identify current issues, pain points, and determine their goals and needs. We call this step “Discovery”. 2. MTP AE’s and Engineers review the discovery to design solutions for products and services that meet the client’s goals and needs. We offer two or more solutions while addressing many considerations such as cost effectiveness and feasibility. We call this step “Design. Planning & Proposal”. 3. "Onboarding and Implementation". We work together with our clients to execute the process as seamlessly as possible with little to no impact in the production environment.
