Moodco, has developed a bean-to-bar chocolate processing process without any other food additives. So, PT KBS uses premium cocoa beans that have been certified SNI from 6 local regions of Indonesia, Aceh, Polewali Mandar, Berau, Papua, DIY, and Papua. Besides the bean-to-bar chocolate product, Moodco also develops products from unfermented cocoa beans by making cocoa tempeh. This cocoa tempeh will later be used as the main ingredient for making cupcakes, steamed brownies, brownies, dumplings, nuggets, and Bitter ballen.
Moodco provides a bean-to-bar chocolate product gallery with a new opportunity to see the chocolate production through a see-through display case. Moodco also provides free product testing for customers who come. Besides, Moodco also provides a variety of chocolate classes such as testing classes, crafting, and fun cooking classes. Various offerings from Moodco are also enhanced by the presence of a Moodco Terrace. Moodco terrace is a café with a chocolate theme that provides a variety of processed chocolate products.
