Besides the bean-to-bar chocolate product, Moodco also develops products from unfermented cocoa beans by making cocoa tempeh. This cocoa tempeh will later be used as the main ingredient for making cupcakes, steamed brownies, brownies, dumplings, nuggets, and Bitter ballen.
