Moonrise Bagels is a bagel company based in Woodstock, NY that created Stuffed Bagels, NY style bagels stuffed with comfort foods like Bacon, Egg & Cheese, Chicken Parm, and Reuben. Founded by couple Jeremy Rhodes, a long-time alum of Union Square Hospitality Group's corporate office, and Ali Chetkof, a fashion public relations and brand marketing professional, Moonrise Bagels has had a hot start since it sold its first bagel in the Spring of 2021. Currently, the business has one retail location in Woodstock, but has its sights set on growing its business after receiving critical acclaim and a cult following of customers since inception. In less than a year the business have been named one of the best bagels in the Hudson Valley by Chronogram's readers and Hudson Valley Magazine created a new award for them, "Best Stuffed Bagels" in their annual Best Of Hudson Valley list.
