Run by trained youth workers, and funded through a subscription, Moot provides a safe and inspiring space for young people to hang-out, IRL, with unbeatable games, unmissable events, and incredible food and drink to fuel the fun.
Moot is the first step towards a new solution for youth hospitality, as part of the #IRLrevolution - the fight to give every teenager somewhere to socialise IRL, using a parent funded model to create mass access to a network of incredible local venues for 12-17s.
This new, purpose driven commercial concept opens its Pilot doors soon, in NW6, London.
Moot has been developed by its co-founders, Cheryl Calverley (ex-CEO eve sleep) & Paul Billingsley (ex-MD adam&eveDDB), and is designed to tackle the most profound challenge facing this generation - record levels of social anxiety and loneliness amongst teenagers. This is a generation scarred by lockdown, swallowed up by social media, and starved of places to go.
Moot changes all that. It takes the best of membership clubs, youth organisations and hospitality to create a new, and rapidly scaleable business model for youth hospitality that sits at the forefront of the IRL Revolution. Our ambition is to launch 10 venues over the next 5 years, positively impacting the lives of over 10,000 members, with every single teenager who joins a happier and more socially confident person by the time they leave.
