WE ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT ALLIANCE COUNSELLING! We offer face to face sessions in Singapore and online sessions to clients anywhere in the world (except US and Canada). Sessions address mental health issues but can also be used to promote a good transition to becoming a parent, adjusting to life with a baby, preparing emotionally for delivery, and for those who worry about developing depression or anxiety postpartum. We also offer couples counselling and parenting training / mentoring. HOUSE / HOSPITAL VISITS For Singapore based clients, we are able to offer house or hospital visits so you can receive support at your convenience. TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS More Mindful provides tailored training for health and allied health professionals who work closely with pregnant or postpartum parents. Focus of workshops includes supporting patients with pregnancy loss, postpartum depression and an adverse or traumatic birth experience. Customized training can be arranged, please e-mail or call us to discuss. CLINICAL SUPERVISION Available to mental health professionals who would like to receive specialized clinical support when working with this population. Topics include: perinatal mental health including anxiety and depression, addressing unique needs of this population, effective strategies to help clients transition into parenting and general case management.
