We use simple tools, real-life examples and grounded exercises. It’s about slowing down, asking better questions, and doing the deeper work that makes leadership more human and more effective.

Moringa was set up by Ruth Visick-Evans, Andy Matheson and Abbe Barneby. They’ve each spent over 25 years leading and supporting organisations – from frontline charities to global programmes.
The Moringa team of directors and trusted associates are experienced facilitators, coaches and trainers – all with real leadership experience and a shared commitment to doing things well.
