Cultivate relationships with realtors, builders, title companies, referral partners, and stakeholders to enhance sales activities. 10. Address and resolve any challenges, discrepancies, or issues during the loan origination process. Escalate complex matters to higher levels of management as needed. 11. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loan volume, processing times, approval rates, and customer satisfaction. 12. Facilitate clear and effective communication between the team and external partners. 13. Ensure full compliance with lending regulations, company policies, and industry standards. 14. Mitigate potential risks by enforcing proper documentation and adherence to guidelines. 15. Participate in origination and sales training to keep up with lending trends, updates, and best practices.
