Motheo Skills Entity (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black, female-owned, level 1 BBBEE skills development company. The company was established to respond to the government’s need to improve skills levels of the citizenry in the workplace and to curb the ever-growing number of unemployed youth. Motheo will partner with all institutions that the government has put in place to eradicate poverty and promote economic growth through inclusive involvement of the previously disadvantaged groups in society. he company’s quest is to strengthen the skills levels of young people entering the job market and also to improve the skills levels of those people already in the workplace through learnerships and skills programs.
On the skills development front, Motheo has trained special needs learners. We use innovative ways of training. Our printing methods can change according to identified needs. We also design and develop learning materials on SAQA and QCTO formats.
