We’re Mother Clucker. We serve tea brined, buttermilk soaked, twice battered fried chicken from our converted US Army ambulance currently housed in the Truman Brewery.
We’ve only (officially) been around since March of 2013 but have been reviewed by everyone from Zagat to Conde Nast Traveller and have served everywhere from pop-ups in pubs like The Endurance (RIP) to festivals like Field Day and foodie events like Street Feast.
