Motorsport Advanced Developments Ltd is a family run CNC precision engineering company based in Padiham, Lancashire in the UK.

Over the years, with heavy investment into Mazak Machinery, has now enabled MAD to machine a wide variety of components in a wide range of materials. From exotics to plastics as well as everything in the middle, we should be able to cater for most needs.
MAD’s Turning capacity allows us to machine up to 910mm diameter by 3 meters long, as well as the smaller turning work that can be productionised saving time and manpower. All our lathes have live tooling to allow us to do most simple milling operations without removing the part from the machine.
Our Milling range features two 5 axis milling machines with the maximum capacity of 600mm diameter by 450mm tall. One of these has a pallet loading system attached enabling us to productionise larger batches and run-unmanned.
We also have vertical machining centres with varying capacity limits, with the biggest machining envelope being 1740mm x 760mm x 450mm, we have 4 axis capability across all our vertical milling machines.
In addition to machining, MAD offer a wide range of other services, including CMM Inspection, Design, Development & Prototyping, CAD/CAM, Reverse Engineering, 3d Scanning & Printing, Laser Etching & Marking, Full Component Assembly. We also have a wide range of reliable subcontract providers for parts that require any external processes.
MAD will be securing AS9100 & ISO9001 accreditation by the end of March 2025 to give more confidence to our customers.
