40-bed, Medicaid-licensed long-term care facility in the heart of Madison County. Owned and operated by the Oak Grove Mennonite Church, we are staffed primarily with volunteer youth from around the country. We find joy in serving others because of the infinite love of Jesus Christ.
We believe you will find our facility a haven of peace and love for those that need long-term care. We focus on late-stage dementia care, with a goal of quality and dignity at end-of-life.
