We provide professional training for a number of high-tech positions:
UX / UI Designers, Fullstack Developers, Mobile Developers, Product Managers.
The training program lasts two months and puts emphasis on practical work, processes methodologies, and work with different players within a development team.
We locate and sort talents who have completed a degree or course relevant to the high-tech industry and lack the experience.
Together with a representative on behalf of the company we produce a dedicated training program, which simulates the product development of the company and is tailored to its needs such as the relevant technologies, working methods, sprint structure, task management systems, etc.
During the training, a Moveo mentor meets with candidates individually, reviews their progress and provides professional instructions.
The candidates work together with other team members such as developers, designers, product managers, and QA.
In addition, once a week there is a presentation to which the client is invited.
