MPW’s unique model leverages its onshore, full-service, regulated entity for its PAMs over multi-year contracts and offers a true partnership-based approach via a contractual commitment to align interests (between MPW and our LP base) by re-investing a significant share of MPW’s O-IR fees back into the PAM’s underlying funds. With this model of alignment as a core principle, MPW has raised close to $10bln of strategic capital for our PAMs.
