Mr Sparky employs loyal and dedicated staff with the diverse range of skills necessary to stay abreast of changing technologies that is the industry today. Interestingly, over 70% of Mr Sparkyâs staff have been employed by the company for a period in excess of 6 years.
In the main most new staff are apprentices having trained with the company then retained making our company their sole employer in their working life.
