I started my company, MT2Leadership, after meeting and working with the members of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team in 2016. I felt that my unique background, with over 40 years of experience as a coach, trainer, and leader in a very high-paced and extremely demanding leadership environment, would bring value-added to business leaders and their companies.
