MTBCL was incorporated on October 08, 2009 as a private limited company with the registrar of join stock companies and firms Bangladesh Dhaka under Companies Act, 1994 with the objective to carry out the business as Issue Manager, Underwriter and Portfolio Manager. As a fully owned Subsidiary of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd, MTB Capital Limited has already started its operation on April 18, 2011.
