We primarily focus on the production of lactose-free Greek yogurt.75-95% of the African and Asian population is lactose intolerant. Lactose intolerance is a common phenomenon in Asia and Africa. Our Greek Yoghurts are made through an authentic straining process that reduces lactose to less than 5% per serving (about 4g per 150ml cup), which is then broken further by an additional process reducing it to less than 0.1% per serving, while providing needed protein and calcium, which makes it a good nutrient-intense dairy option for all living beings, not just those who are lactose sensitive.
