MUIP Holdings Sdn Bhd (“MHSB”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Majlis Ugama Islam dan Adat Resam Melayu Pahang (“MUIP”) established on 6 July 2020 under Companies Act 2016.
The objective of the establishment of MHSB is to operate as a main management company for the purpose of safeguarding MUIP's interests in business by managing, coordinating and monitoring MUIP's owned companies to ensure all subsidiaries operate effectively and subsequently generate positive returns to MUIP.
