We believe that a plant based diet is the best alternative for the planet, for our health and for animal well-being.
In 2020, MUKA was born out of this belief and our passion for cooking and fermentation.
Inspired by traditional cheesemaking, we follow artisanal and methods to produce all our vegan cheeses.
We focus on the complexity of the fermentation process that allow us to use very few ingredients in our products. No flavourings, starches or preservatives, only nature and time at their best. These methods give our products a single and autentic flavour that resemble the "cheese" flavour we all grew up with.
With MUKA we aim to help people in the transition to a plant based diet that is healthier, more sustainable and ethical.
