Abbiamo deciso di investire nella riorganizzazione della filiera per garantire la sostenibilità delle coltivazioni autoctone.
Coltiviamo cereali antichi che maciniamo a pietra nel mulino aziendale ottenendo farine e semole utilizzate per la produzione di pasta artigianale trafilata in bronzo ed essiccata lentamente e a basse temperature.
In our organic farm in Tuscany we make pasta, stone-ground flours, cereals, pulses, wine… and everything is organic! We have decided to invest in the reorganization of the supply chain to ensure the sustainability of native crops.
The cereals are stone milled inside the farm, producing flours and brans used for bronze-cut pasta production.
