muMEcations was launched in January 2019 and officially became a not-for-profit organisation in March 2021. We are on a mission to provide subsidised opportunities for Mums experiencing social, health or financial hardship to attend our retreats. Our goal is to help Mums prioritise self-care to nurture and enhance their mental health and wellbeing.
We understand how difficult it can be for women to take time out for themselves and we want to make this process accessible and affordable for women by offering a range of retreats Australia-wide.
Our retreats provide a relaxing and nurturing environment where women can take time away from their caring and domestic responsibilities to connect with likeminded women and enjoy restful sleep, dining out and be pampered. We also provide education and ongoing support for attendees to assist with management of daily stress and anxiety after their retreat.
The journey through motherhood is often challenging and the impact on mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing can be overwhelming. We encourage you to commit to taking some time out for yourself and invite you to come along on your own muMEcation.
