I am in manufacturing of High Tensile Fasteners in Hex Head Bolts and Screws from M 6 TO M 24 and Socket Head Bolts and Screws from M 6 to M 20 in Full Thread and Half Thread in 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 grades on Bolt Former Machines imported from Taiwan and some other machines from india.
We have multiple VMC Machines imported from the USA for machining of special steel products and components.
We have In House facilities like Wire rod Annealing, Spheroidising, Shot Blasting and Drawing, Tool Room, Cold Forging and Thread Rolling, Heat Treatment, Blackodising Etc.
Our plant has modern testing equipment such as Hardness Tester, UTM, Spectrometer, Tensile Strength Testing Machine, Video Measuring Machine, Surface Plate, Vernier calipers, Micrometers etc to control the quality of the fasteners and other steel products.
I would also like to inform you that very soon we are going to diversify our set up for Hydraulic Press Machines and CNC Turning machines in our company.
Our Company is registered with ISO Certification, IATF, Udyam, NSIC, GeM, IREPS, Different Railways Zones and recently also got approval from Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance (DGAQA).
