Located in the heart of East Lothian, known as the 'breadbasket' of Scotland, our 550-acre arable farm has been in the McDowall family for over 100 years. In the past decade, we have expanded our operations to include the production of high-quality flour and malt, both organic and non-organic, with an unwavering commitment to exceptional traceability.
Grain used in our flours are grown, harvested, milled, and packaged right here on Mungoswells farm, ensuring the highest levels of quality from field to finished product. Our focus on reducing food miles and championing locally-grown produce reflects our dedication to sustainable farming and environmental stewardship.
