MuWave

MuWave is a microwave technology company with a team with over 40 years experience designing and operating microwave systems on fusion devices. MuWave was founded in 2023 as a spinout from UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA). We are engineering the next generation of high-power microwave systems from GHz to THz frequencies. One of our core goals is to de-risk and accelerate the commercialisation of fusion energy by offering solutions to microwave heating and current drive systems.
