My Flex Health Group began as a West Australian company based in Australia and then Malaysia, with activities now reaching into many other parts of Asia. The company is a privately owned health care service provider and Registered Training organisation, drawing on the Directors extensive knowledge and experience of the health care and training industries of Australia.
My Flex Health based in Malaysia, operates under the auspices of the Malaysian and Australian Trade Ministries. The business began after extensive research and an opportunity to work with the Prime Ministers Working Party (PEMANDU) looking into Aged Care. The Directors of the company made the decision to transfer skills and expertise into Malaysia after the unveiling of the Economic Transformation Program of 2012 by the Prime Minister. My Flex Health Groups’ Vision has been to set the benchmark of service provision being delivered by this type of service and to establish the Common Community Standards. The Company’s business model is to offer assistance to Malaysia to reach its strategic intend (GNI in the area of healthcare) by 2020.

1) We provide strategic guidance to hospital management to improve the workforce by supplying quality locum clinical staff to in times of need or shortfall.
2) We support communities by supplying trained Caregivers, Registered Nurse & Physiotherapist to clients wishing to remain in their home and also providing respite and long term care to the elderly in the community.
3) Customised, evidence-based training - our team of specialised trainers will offer specific training programs for individual institutions to improve quality and patient safety, reduce medico-legal risk and to develop and maintain a harmonious work-place.
