We wanted a way of shopping small & supporting brilliant independent businesses, whilst still enjoying all of the conveniences that we’ve become used to with online shopping.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, Microsoft, Amazon, UnderArmour, Spanx and Mattel to name a few all started off as small home-based businesses!
The concept was conceived by our founders – Abdul, Othman & Abdelrahman, who noticed that they and their cosmopolitan friends were struggling to get the taste of home in the current available markets and spotted a gap in the market for home-cooked food that could easily be delivered to people’s homes through a simple app.
The starting point came from our own experience – we wanted a way of continuing to shop small and supporting brilliant independent businesses, whilst still enjoying all of the conveniences that we’ve become used to with online shopping.
