MCP is a Chicago-based, public, charitable nonprofit focused on assisting faith-based organizations in transforming communities from blighted and marginalized to productive and self-sustaining. MCP accomplishes its objectives by providing member organizations with tools to effectively manage, report, and communicate with stakeholders in every aspect of community transformation.
