Myelin Innovation Private Limited is a manufacturing firm based in Greater Noida, that is first to develop drones through its in-house research and indigenous technology. Myelin intents to bring the state-of-the-art technology to the domestic industry to facilitate the Indian UAV market. Expanding its horizon in the second year since its inaugural, the company envisages to serve the demands of different sectors ranging from agriculture, police to defence.
Venturing together with coveted institutions like SVNIT, Surat and different DRDO labs, Myelin strives to bring about a paradigm shift from a services-driven model to a manufacturing model for indigenous products and technology that will cater to the needs of India and the rest of the world. Over a short span of 18 months, Myelin has grown to have a diverse team of highly qualified experts in different domains like nuclear materials, aerospace, microstructures, robotics and software.
Developing various configurations of aerial vehicles using smart composite material, our products are the results of advanced simulations and validation through real-time experiments conducted at our research facilities. Dedicated towards building indigenous technology for manufacturing drones, we innovate continuously to arrive at the aerodynamically efficient and mechanically sound design while taking care of the aesthetics.
Founded in March 2016, Myelin is registered with Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Govt. of India, as a manufacturer. The company is recognised as an ‘In-house R&D centre’ by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR). It is also officially registered as a vendor with Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory ((TBRL), Chandigarh, DRDO.
