Working in the field for more than 10 years, I have observed problems in identifying and understanding the importance of architectural design and the relationship between the quality of the project and investments in houses/buildings (real estate) by the beneficiary, natural and/or legal persons. This can be simplified by placing more trust in the executor (builder) and less trust in designers (architect, structure designer, installation designer, etc.). Something that most of the time is not to the advantage of the beneficiary.
In general, the beneficiaries follow the principle, the cheaper the investment, the better. They do not take into account the costs of operating the home/building, costs that in time end up being quite high.
Beneficiaries do not fully understand the project that an architect makes, in the sense that they do not understand how big or small the spatial design is and end up not being fully satisfied with the chosen solution or wanting changes to the project during execution.
For about 5-6 years, there has been a trend in energy efficient constructions and starting with the 2021-2028 budget exercise, the European Union has turned its attention to supporting people or institutions that want to build or rehabilitate respecting the principle of energy efficiency.
For these reasons, the idea of this complete design office "MZR GREEN TECTURE SRL" appeared, which proposes the following objectives:
1. To bring to the awareness of the beneficiaries, individuals, legal entities and/or public persons, in terms of energy efficiency, the importance of implementing energy efficient projects.
2. Through the team of architects and designers that we formed from the years of design, we want to help and support various solutions for energy efficiency, planning and design.
3. Presentation of projects to the beneficiary through various methods of representation (realistic renderings, elevation plans, sections).
