Măr de Bran

Produced in our small farm in Transylvania, just a stone's throw away from Bran Castle, Măr de Bran began as a passion project. The local varieties of apples growing in the picturesque valleys between two mountain ranges are praised for their unique taste, and are grown organically without any pesticides in village orchards. Măr de Bran is a small business that's deeply rooted in the local communities, collecting apples from the village every autumn. The manufacturing process culminates in two labour-intense weeks, when the apples are manually ground to pulp. The cloudy-orange juice is left as is, after it is pasteurised and ready for bottling: we do not add any artificial colouring, sugar, water or any preservatives. The quality of our 100% natural apple juice, ensured by the extra care we put into the small artisanal production, is what makes Măr de Bran a truly unique product on the local market.
