Nadlan SA is a company that has been dedicated to developing real estate projects including housing, office blocks and retail/commercial buildings since 2004. As of 2012 we have finished and delivered more than 700 apartments in Lima and fully developed and delivered a commercial strip mall with more then 3,500m2 of commercial area. and over 1,500 apartments are under construction or pre-sale stage. Currently we have an additional 1,500 apartments under construction in Lima and over 2,500 houses are being developed out of Lima. Additionally we have other commercial projects in Lima with over 15,000m2 of office space to be built and delivered over the next four years and we are participating in the development of the Malvinas Plaza Mall which has 24,211m2 of commercial space and will be completed in early 2014.
The experience we have gathered over the years along with the fact we belong to a large corporate group in the country, allows us to develop projects of various sizes. We have also developed strategic alliances with major real estate and construction companies in the country such as Inmobiliaria y Constructora Marcan S.A. and AyG Groupo Inmobiliario SAC.
