The Netherlands America Institute Limburg (NAIL) is an independent organization that promotes relations between citizens of the Netherlands, the United States of America and other nations. It is focused on the province of Limburg. And was founded in 1952 and remains strong to this day thanks to the special bond between Limburg and the USA. Because of the liberation in 1944-1945, where the USA played a central role, and thanks to the strong ties resulting from the NATO and US military presence in the region.
Today, the NAIL has circa 120 members comprising American, Belgian, British, Dutch, German, Irish, Italian and Spanish nationals and it maintains good relations with similar organizations.
The NAIL is a platform facilitating people to connect, to identify synergies and to establish networks resulting in mutual understanding and appreciation.

Het Nederland America Institute Limburg (NAIL) is een onafhankelijke organisatie die de relatie tussen burgers uit Nederland, de Verenigde Staten van Amerika en andere landen promoot. Het focusgebied ligt hierbij op de provincie Limburg. NAIL is in 1952 opgericht en blijft tot op heden een sterke organisatie vanwege de speciale band tussen Limburg en de Verenigde Staten. Mede dankzij de bevrijding in 1944-1945, waarbij de Amerikanen een centrale rol hebben gespeeld, en door de sterke connectie die is ontstaan vanwege de NATO en Amerikaanse militaire aanwezigheid in de regio.
NAIL heeft momenteel circa 120 leden met onder andere de Amerikaanse, Belgische, Britse, Duitse, Ierse, Italiaanse, Nederlandse, en Spaanse nationaliteit.
NAIL is een platform dat onder andere faciliteert in het maken van nieuwe connecties, het beleven van synergieën en het verbreden van netwerken.
