NOC, Naloxone On Campus, is a coalition of student advocates holding their colleges and universities accountable for access to life-saving overdose medication. NOC circulates letters, literature, and press releases to institutions of higher education to inform them of the urgency of this issue. This is done through our student advocates, who evaluate, assist, and manage programs at their respective colleges or universities. Furthermore, NOC evaluates the current level of accessibility of these institutions and helps them develop plans to ensure safety for everyone on campus.
