1. Campaign Responsibility: Namastey Bhopal will ensure full campaign completion if the client has paid at least 80% of the total budget.
2. Campaign Termination: In case of file corruption, difficulties, or misalignment, the campaign may be halted, with monetary settlements based on standard pricing.
3. File & Rights Release: All raw files, campaign data, and video rights will be handed over after full payment is received.
4. Contract Revocation: Namastey Bhopal reserves the right to revoke a contract in cases of over-exploitation or deviation from the agreed vision. Payments will be required up to the current stage of the campaign.
5. External Contracts: Namastey Bhopal is not responsible for any external agreements made by the client and operates solely under its own policies.
