Another business trip to California, where I wanted to cycle on the weekend in Napa with a friend. After filling on the easy online form and speaking to Duke to confirm a few other details, once I got to Napa the store was only a short walk from the hotel and I was able to pick the bike up the day before we planned to cycle so we could see off early. Owners Malia and Duke were very friendly and helpful. And the NeilPryde Alize Ultegra bike was a great ride. Excellent service and I would absolutely use them again if I am ever in Napa again. Great value. They made my weekend with a very hilly 55 mile ride on a great bike.
