NAPCORE (National Access Point Coordination Organisation for Europe) is an organisation set up by all European Member States, Norway, Switzerland and international organisations to
- empower the National Access Points (NAPs) as the backbone for ITS digital infrastructure and mobility data exchange in Europe
- facilitate EU wide coordination of National Access Points and National Bodies for the harmonisation of the implementation of the European specifications on the ITS Directive on an organizational level and
- increase interoperability by (further) establishing mobility data standards and recommendations for data exchange, content, access and data availability in the mobility domain in Europe on a technical level.
