Nathan Farooq Memorial Foundation company information, Employees & Contact Information

The NFMF is an authorized non-profit organization within the State of Michigan and is the parent organization for the NFMO and the Nathan Farooq Memorial Scholarship Fund. After the first NFMO was held and popularity began to grow, it became apparent that there needed to be an established foundation created to manage the tournament and its proceeds. The goal of the NFMF was to provide scholarships for high school tennis players at Novi High School for outstanding success on the court and as well as in the community and the classroom. With all these goals in mind the NFMF was established in 2012. The Nathan Farooq Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to two seniors from Novi High School on Senior’s Honors Night for the first time in 2012. At the Nathan Farooq Memorial Foundation we always focus on the reason this was all created as opposed to its growing success. This foundation is a firm believer that we should not take any of the proceeds for our own and that we should operate under the statement, “never forget”. The NFMF won’t ever forget Nathan and will always exist to commemorate the life of Nathan as well as offer opportunities to students from Novi High School.
