National Wellbeing Alliance is a proudly First Nations led organisation dedicated to strengthening wellbeing in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. As Australia's largest Aboriginal owned provider of culturally responsive training and consulting, we deliver programs that support mental health, build local workforce capability, and embed cultural safety across systems and services.
With over a decade of experience and partnerships in more than 160 communities, our team has trained over 8000 individuals through initiatives that are led by community, backed by evidence, and focused on long term impact. From mental health first aid to strategic consulting and community engagement, our services are designed and delivered by First Nations professionals who understand the important of connection, culture and self-determination.
We work alongside government, corporate and community organisations to turn good intentions into real world change - creating stronger relationships, healthier outcomes, and more resilient communities.
