After working for over than 20 years each in the food industry, creating famous brands such as "Saint Peters" (yes, it is a brand and not the name of the fish!) and "DellMare" (synonymous of shrimp at Brazilian supermarkets) Tito and Fabricio (Founders of "GeneSeas" and "DellMare" companies, respectively) had a common feeling about the difficulty of finding safe, delicious and healthy meats and fish to eat at their own homes, with their families.
