Includes weekend retreats and forest bathing walks - in the Eurobodalla, South Coast NSW, Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne. For individuals and organisations.
These nature immersion walks and retreats are based on the emerging practice of nature therapy - which in turn is based on Japanese practice of 'shinrin yoku' (which translates as forest bathing.) The idea is to not only help people receive the benefits of being in nature but to help them build a deeper relationship with the natural world.
It just so happens too that building a stronger connection with nature is going to be crucial in the years ahead if we are to truly become sustainable as a society. As Jacques Cousteau once said: "People protect what they love."
