#NavigatingHealth is a “glocal” health social impact collaboration project which started in 2021 to create momentum, address the silos and effect system change through a vibrant community of change-makers at all levels in all countries. Through creating visibility and sharing learnings, the focus is building capability and capacity to support health system shifts from reactive "one size fits all" approaches to equitable, proactive, personalised care.
