National Employment Council for the Transport Operating Industry (NECTOI) was established in 1985 in terms of Part VIII of the Labour Act. Our core functions include making rules and regulations, providing conditions of service and code of conduct for employers and employees in the Transport Operating Industry. We also facilitate Collective Bargaining between the parties to the N.E.C.T.O.I, administer and monitor compliance by both the employers and employees. At present N.E.C.T.O.I has two offices, one in Harare and one in Bulawayo
