NEDCO is a non-profit organization created to revitalize neighborhoods in the Metro-Phoenix area by assisting small businesses in obtaining their goals. In early 2017, NEDCO merged with A New Leaf which is a human services organization dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. We offer hope, change, and new beginnings. Our missions overlap and keep the dream alive, A New Leaf and NEDCO operate across the Valley and keep the community first.
