Recognised since the 1970s as a superior producer of Cabernet Sauvignon, we continue to win praise for our expression of this grape variety on local and international platforms. Our 2017 Private Bin Two Centuries Cabernet Sauvignon achieved a coveted five-star rating in the 2021 edition of Platter’s South African Wine Guide, while our Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 that forms part of our core, The Winemasters, range earned a four-star rating, as did our Manor House Cabernet Sauvignon of the 2017 vintage.
You can taste these award-winning wines, together with the rest of our multi-tiered range that includes a wide selection of single cultivar wines and blends, at The Manor restaurant and tasting facility, situated in the historic 1800 manor house on our wine farm in Paarl. Here, the emphasis is on authentic, nostalgic wine-and-food experiences featuring fine wines, as well as simple yet wholesome and hearty dishes with a touch of heritage.
